Invoks is a form submission management platform that allows users ("Administrators") to create projects and receive HTML form submissions from any website. The Service includes features such as an inbox, auto-responder emails, webhook integrations, spam filtering, and team collaboration tools.

To access the Service, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@myinvoks.com of any unauthorized use.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Collect personal data without proper consent from end users
• Send spam, phishing, or misleading communications
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

The form submission data you collect through Invoks belongs to you. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor. We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

All content, design, code, and materials within Invoks are the intellectual property of Invoks and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if we determine you are in violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
